oddometer resetting itself??

Everytime i go out in the supra the oddometer records the distance but as soon as i stop and turn off the power and then back on again it does not display the last recored mileage, it resets itself some how any idea's or wiring diagrams for the import TT Thanks;)

I've been trying to remember how I had the same thing happen on my previous Supra; I think it was when I hadn't finished reconstructing the wiring for the speedo conversion but I'm not 100% sure. Have you got a speedo convertor fitted and have you checked it's wiring hasn't come loose?

Yes i do have a speed converter fitted and all wires seem to be connected as it still goes well over japanese speed restriction:p

2 things:

- speedo conversion is a different funciton (and sometimes a different box) to top speed delimit

- just because some aspects are working (e.g. speedo, top speed delimit), doesn't mean that others (e.g. odo, trip counters) will work, as they are different systems using different wires from a speedo conversion unit
