Help settle a trivial argument

Remember vigourous sex is a good excercise, and I know I am digressing big time, but aim for 3 - 4 days of about 20 to thirty mins of exercise that really gets you puffed and that you enjoy. Like sex. Of course treadmill comes a close second for those not into an energetic shag.

I like the fact he's actually saying he tells people how many times to have sex... :rolleyes: Like his opinion would actually matter!! :blink::taped:

 

The best "workout" is swimming as it doesn't stress the joints...but even a longish walk is better than nothing, and probably the best thing for someone who's had a health scare.

 

Last thing you want to do is shock a less healthy heart with bonkers ;) amounts of BPM's for 20mins at a time as that won't actually help the heart grow stronger/fitter...only sustained constant rate 30-60min cardio workouts everyday can really help.

 

But that's well off topic. If you're going to have a marg then I'd go for Olive Oil based ones as they are less cholesterol filled...and that's most you can help with when it comes to marg.

Maybe incorporate butter one night, then margarine another night. Compare and contrast. :eyebrows: :sex:

Ewen, I usually tell people 3 times a week every week, half an hour. But for some twenty mins is more realistic. Main thing is enjoy it, either during or after, and hopefully seeing and feeling positive results from it.

Over a lifetime indeed! :)

So now I'm wondering...which is better, sex with margarine, or no sex at all.
