JohnK
I have just booked my ticket. To make things a little clearer, when asked train times on the site, choose 1pm (1300) and 2pm (1400) respectivly, the site later changes these to the times above. JohnK
We need to decide where we are all going to meet up and refuel before we get on the train. I still suggest Matt's.
CJ
We need to decide where we are all going to meet up and refuel before we get on the train. I still suggest Matt's. Unfortunately, that would mean me going back from whence I came for 30 of your earth miles to then turn round and go back once again :thumbdown If you guys want to meet there, maybe I can meet you at Folkstone? JohnK
My mistake, I didnt realise Matt's was that far from the tunnel. Im oppen to suggestions. We all NEED to have a full tank when boarding to save hassle the other side.

The PayPal "problem" is at our bank, I have earlier today contacted the bank, but will have to wait a day or two for answer. I will return as soon as I have a solution. How much would it cost each of you, if you got together and made only one transfer? CJ
I have spoken to my delightful ex-wife today (she works in a bank) and she informs me that it is going to cost £25 for us to transfer the money. If you are all agreeable, I am happy to do this for us all (560 euros) providing you are all happy to pay the % of the £25 fee.

Jspec Germany
I have lost my envelope and number - DOH! I have no envelopes, nor number. Since I haven't met any of you guys yet in person, I don't expect you to foot the bill on trust of my showing up. How can I pay? Also, I'm still planning on meeting you in Muenster or on the way to Muenster. Can you give me your routing as far as the German portion goes? This will better facilitate the join up. I suspect I can meet the convoy much sooner than Muenster though, as it's quite a ways to the NE for me (not as far as for you guys though). Haven't found the Ibis in Muenster you're speaking of yet to make reservations, but I'm working on it. Second the emotion on the beer baby! Can't wait. I work with a bunch of Daines here in NATO, so I'll get the lowdown/hookups. Any info/help is greatly appreciated. You guys said you have radios. What type? I have a little handheld that might be usable when you guys hammer down and leave me (still limited) - nice seguay - anybody selling an SLD? The car has to stay in Kms. JohnK
Jspec - have you signed up on the SONID site? As far as I know everyone who has was sent a letter by post. I will confirm the route a little later - dont worry we will let you know in plenty of time. try this link for the hotel http://www.ibishotel.com/ibis/fichehotel/gb/ibi/2206/fiche_hotel.shtml - CJ please confirm this is the correct hotel. As for an SLD - contact Thor through their section on this site, im sure they will have exactly what you want. Radios - Best ask Faye and Keith
CJ
Yes - thats the hotel. OK, I have found the letters that were sent regarding payment, but cannot find the bloody envelope with my number. This is turning into hard work eh!

Jspec Germany
Ok, just registered via the site. 1. How long does the post take and/or should I e-mail the organizers? 2. Thanks for the Ibis site. Will check that out momentarily. Are the rooms under a certain name? If so, it'll be helpful for reference purposes. 3.Whenever you get the route, it's cool. 4.Keith/Faye, what type of radios do you have? 5.Re: noise abatement. Am I gonna' be okay with an HKS Super-dragger or should I look forward to tickets? No worries, I'm not gonna' be Mustangin'-it up and down the road. 6.What's our tally of folks from the club coming to this thing? This is gonna' be a good time.
