Whitelightning
So what needs paying for in advance and what costs are we responsible for on an individual basis ? (he says posting from his XDAII from his Supra )
CJ
So what needs paying for in advance and what costs are we responsible for on an individual basis ? (he says posting from his XDAII from his Supra ) The advance payment would be for the train crossings which i am happy to do and claim back from everyone. I think I can book the hotel on my CC then the individuals can pay for the rooms when they get there. The 70 euros for the event needs to be paid to the Danish orghanisers by June 1st and that too wil be met by the individuals.
Whitelightning
Shall we individually go to the side and pay the organiser direct for the Euro 70? I take it CJ is making an xls with details on so we can give him a cash when we see him ? CJ - do you want cheques before we go ? Got 12 days to pay the Danish chaps then . . . . Yes, you need to register and pay them direct 2. Whats an xls? If you mean a spreadsheet, erm...no. I dont think we need to do that seeing as all I am paying for is the train bookings and that is a fixed figure for each car. Plus it looks as if there are only 4 cars going in total. 3. Cheques before we go would be great but wait until i have paid (probably confirm on Monday after everyone confirms they are coming).
CJ
OK, I have taken a flier on the hotel and booked 4 rooms for the Thursday night and 4 rooms for the Sunday night. I have held them on my CC but you can pay individually on departure. The cost is 59 euros for the room which does not include breakfast. that will be 9 euros extra. I will now await confirmation by Monday before booking the train places as they are non refundable.

Either way, I'm still interested. How can I pay for it? I have a paypal account. Please let me know as I don't wanna miss out. I'm still interested in meeting you guys in Munster or on the way there. CJ
No, the rooms are for the overnights stop at Muenster. We are all (AFAIK) still camping at the site on the Friday and Saturday. To join and pay, you will need to register on the site that is shown at the begining of this thread.
Jspec Germany
Copy all CJ. Thanks for the dope. Wilco on the site. What do I need to get in on the hotel? Is that a group rate or can I just call them and get the same price? Name/Number for the hotel?
CJ
Hi - it is the Ibis at Munster (no number sorry) and the rate is the standard rate they give to all and sundry. C
CJ
OK people - I have had confirmation from both John K & Vix and Faye & Keith for the trip. Before i book the train spaces, i will need confirmation from anyone else who is going. I will leave this until 17.00 on Monday (23rd) and then book up. If you do not confirm by then, you will have to book things yourselves.
