Scooter
Now, i have stock springs...can it be raised? It seems lower than stock in your garage pic..........if you want to compare ride heights then if you post up the ground to say front subframe and sill areas i will do the same on my (higher looking) definitely stock sprung car. Are the three spoke alloys 17"?
Tricky-Ricky
Get four bits of wood and keep moving the back two forward? You forgot the skyhook solution;)

imi
no- you need adjustable coilovers as cost is a concern...just chop an inch off the rear springs....that should lower the rear and in comparison, the front will then be higher....voila. turbonut
Hey dude Just noticed your in Northants'. Ashbph set me up with some great new Tein Super streets (coilovers). He's in north Leicester - not that far for you - has his own garage now, and I'm sure he'd be happy to have a look at your supra, in the metal so to speak, and give you some first hand advice Perhaps just replacing the springs would be enough without shelling out lotsa dosh. Drop him a PM Lx
mr lover
take the front springs off and stretch them a bit, sorted Edited January 5, 2009 by mr lover (see edit history)
j1mb0b1
fit some thick rubber washers on top on springs that should work fine..
Dnk
Raising the front is not a great idea, unless its been lowered way to low to start with, are you sure its on stock springs ?
Scooter
Yup 17's which is why it looks low, when it was on the stock kit it looked pretty normal to me, got pictures to compare!! can't post any at work will do later. I asked about them being 17" as the photo of mine i looked at, the line from top on the front bumper is above the level of my stock 17" wheel rims, its an inch or so up into the tyre. On yours the bumper would seem to line up with the top of the wheel rim, suggesting yours is lower.

dannysupratt
I would be suprised if that isnt lowered because it looks it, even with the 17's that looks a low lower than standard.
hoff
As steve and Dunk said raising the front alone is not a good idea. Get the springs and shocks checked to make sure they arnt shagged first. Posted via Mobile Device
Scooter
take an imaginary line from the top of my front bumper across to the wheel and its an inch or so above the wheel rim, the same line on yours seems to be pretty much spot on level with the rim.
