Yeh, if you can this will help. I take it your training at a gym, and not at home? Sorry i think i may be getting some people mixed up through PM's. Forget the Air machines. They are not accurate. Its hard to actually really compare what kind of weight you are doing compared to say a free weight. If you have free weights at your disposal then we can work around that. Also check for a machine called the Smith machine. Also your diet does not appear to have enough calories. Not does it appear to have much protein. Are you a big meat eater? Have you thought about purchasing a protein powder? They are more for convinience rather then a miracle product. But yes, i can already see why you have been struggling.
