Do you know if it will defo work on 3 network?

Well it works with my 02 sim, which was not specifically for the iPhone and I have hacked a couple for TMobile, an old one of mine and a friends from work. Never tried 3, but dont see why not.

Trying to resist it at the moment :), but I'm thinking that I could do with upgrading my home desktop PC.

Do you have any other details about the HP Pavillion? HP's model number perhaps (e.g. a450, a1010, etc)? Mainly I'm interested in finding out what motherboard it has. I've googled the info you've given, but can't find much info about it.

Free bump anyway. :)
