JustGav
I'll take the popular option 17" or 18" stock offset alloys, UK brakes on a decent set of suspension such as CW, but then that it is probably not going to be the option taken. supraspeed
are k-sport brakes better than uk brakes?

supraspeed
i thought k-sport were nearly the same price as brembo? brembo are only worth getting if you want to track the car or have frequent emergency stops imo......i must admit i like the colour of brembo calipers though
Guigsy
i wouldnt bother changing the rear brakes without changing the fronts aswell. Could lead to some alarming handleing.

JustGav
I looked on the k-sport website and when i clicked on supra and i still couldnt find prices on there! I should think somewhere near£1000 mark. Exactly, im not looking to track the car buy i am looking to up the power a fair bit and dont think the j-spec breaks will be upto it! A decent set of UKs with good pads, good fluids and some decent braided lines will turn them into a more than decent set of stoppers for road use. supraspeed
i was going to get some new brakes cos mine were knackered but after realising i have uk specs (they were 'that' knackered lol) ive just bought some new uk pads and discs so hopefully they will be fine and i'm running around 450bhp.....knew there was something wrong when my mums focus brakes better than me lol:d

supradibbs
Thanks for that:thumbs: I was thinking about uk brakes with something like black diamond discs and red stuff pads? I will be putting braded lines on:d I have K sport 8 pots on mine and they are better than UKs, i have had UKs and brembos from a evo the K Sports are the best so far

Dnk
It is going to be more of a show car and it is not going on a track so i think the handling will be ok for what ill be using it for and the hiro's look super sweet in 19's:d Im on 19's and the car handles great on the rd or track i have had a full suspension set up done though inc all new wishbones, control arms etc etc
Dnk
If your changing the brakes and you dont want a full uk set up then AP is the way to go on the fronts with uk rears on the back. Front & rear uk brakes are approx £1200 AP''s just on the front will cost approx £1600 +
Dnk
now someone tells me 10" rears prob don't help either lol 11.5" rears here and no problems other than the tyres are bit exspensive
