MrRalphMan
brrrr It was cold, but I didn't think it was that cold. As I was hosing the car down, the water was freezing on the ground and it was like trying to wash the car on a skating rink. Oops. Still it looks a bit better.. and now I can watch the grannies falling over out the window...
JustGav
It is an issue when you go to chuck a bucket of water at the car and a 5kg ice cube comes out and goes through the window

Chewie
I made the mistake of washing the car a few days ago and overnight the water around the door seals and door handle froze. I had to climb in through the tailgate and push the door open from the inside LOL!!
Branners
It's actually not a good idea to wash a car in freezing temperatures. If the water seeps in to any cracks or gaps then it expands as it freezes making the gaps bigger, which can lead to cracked paintwork. Thats what I was always told anyway. Jay_vr6
I had this earlier this week, snow foamed the car and then my neighbours came out to wave goodbye to their guest, I decided to wait 10 mins before blasting away with the jet wash and getting them all moody from the spray, came back after 10 mins and my snow foam was literally snow on the car, looked nice though

My dad decided to wash my mom's new car a few years back, then went off for a night out and came back to find the windscreen with huge cracks all over it. So yeah, it does happen.
