Whitesupraboy2
For the IT literate on the forum this may not be that interesting and you may have already seen it but ive shown my mum this and she is impressed and made her think there is a point to youtube video's. Below is a link showing you the quality difference Youtube now offers and in the future will become standard. To make it simple you now dont have to settle for poor looking video when full screen, you may of noticed new video's have a button under the video watch in high quality. Well if the source of the video uploaded was of high enough quality all video's (including old) can be viewed in high quality even if the button doesnt exist. Once you have selected the video simply type on the end in the address. &fmt=18 - Standard definition TV resolution is the best description &fmt=22 - 720P video Using these added links i can stream youtube in watchable TVquality to my xbox to watch on TV. below is a link to see the difference. You can set in your youtube account options to always view in High quality, however this will only work on newer videos. http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/11/20/how-to-embed-and-play-720p-hd-high-definition-youtube-videos-fmt22-code-hack/ Hope some find it interesting and useful!
