AlexM
I changed the dipped beams to HIDs about two weeks ago, and the sidelights to LEDs. All has been working fine, until now.. When I have dipped beam on - Full beam dash light comes on (blue light) Drivers side dipped headlight does not light up High beam headlights light up slightly (very dull) When I switch to full beam or flash my lights - Full beam dash light goes out (opposite of norm) Drivers side dipped headlight is still off Drivers side high beam headlight goes out Offside high beam headlight comes on as normal I removed the HID system from the drivers side and put the original bulb back in. This bulb comes on initially but goes out as soon as full beam is used, it doesn't come back on (acts as above). I presume I've got some sort of bad earth somewhere? Where do I start looking? Considering I'm pretty much driving in the dark all the time at the moment I need to fix this asap - any help appreciated.
absz
Try disconnecting the led side lights and see if it makes a difference ?

AlexM
I've just tried all the original bulbs back in as well, still the same..
AlexM
Found the culprit, fuse gone. Now to put all the bulbs back in.. Edit.. Drivers side HID blew it straight away. Konrad
Ah too late, I found out that it's fuse 2 years ago when putting HID on Jola's Supra If you want to avoid fuse blowing, put harness to HID. I got mine from virtual village, they are very good http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HID-Relay-Harness-9005-9006-HID-Lightning-Headlamps_W0QQitemZ360119759558QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item360119759558&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1301%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

creative
i had something similar on mine... headlights on and one side dipped main was dull. flash lights and dipped goes out and full beam comes on on the one side. after a bit of testing it was pointing to a current draw from the high beam. Didnt get chance to rectify it before writeoff but it might be worth checking.
