My HP ran out of ink the other week, refills at least 25 quid - why bother when you can have a printer for less than half that!
michael
They are OK, I've bought a few in the past (when the USB lead was included) but they only come with trial cartridges so don't expect the usual number of prints. They are rebranded Lexmark units (£29.99) but Dell add a tab on the carrier so you can only use their refills, it's possible to snap this off and use the Lexmark or unofficial ones though. garetheves
what sort of quality are these. Just need for one for general occasional printing of word documents, the occasional piccie maybe, maps, that sort of thing. Is it worth it. It says shipping is included. I bought a couple of these last time - very good quality for the money. Ink doesn't last long printing pics though. Do you know what Lexmark model number they are Michael? Where's the cheapest place to buy replacement ink?
michael
Do you know what Lexmark model number they are Michael? Z515 I think - slightly different colour but appears to be more or less the same. Where's the cheapest place to buy replacement ink? I tend to shop around a bit, Argos, eBay and Cartridge World usually get my business but there are probably cheaper options. Terminator
I bought six of these when one runs out of ink I throw it away and open a new one. They are fine for genaral printing So far 6 month of printing has cost me £30.
