Chris Wilson
Faulty master cylinder or wrongly adjusted master cylinder pushrod. *UNLESS* only one front caliper locks on, in which case suspect a collapsed flexi hose to that caliper. Chris Wilson
thanks for the info 277 pounds for a new one o well hey ho If Toyota or the aftermarket list a seal kit, fitting that and a thorough clean out and blow out with an air line should fix it for far less. Just s trip and thorough clean might work, but it's bad practice to re use old seals, strictly speaking. The fluid return hole will be bunged up. colsoop
You could try the MC push rod adjustment first, do you have access to the repair manuals ? There is a section in there about measuring and adjusting the MC push rod.
Guest rustybolt999
i have never touched the rod dont think its that its the fluid getting contaminated because i changed it 3 months ago and it was alright its just started again
