Luka-P
Hey Up Guys, I'm nearly done with the engine. It's back in and pretty much everything is hooked up. I just need to figure out where these parts go. I have an odd feeling they go under the intake in an annoying place which I won't be able to get to very easily! Cheers! RobSheffield
Lower one is the inlet manifold stay, the two thin pipes go to the vacuum tank/VSV It bolts to the block and to the bottom of the manifold. You can fit it with the engine in, if you can get under the car where the kerbside wheel should be.
Steve
The top bit looks like the vac pipes that feed the Pressure sensor, fuel pressure regulator etc. (with a few added bits of pipework though) The bottom part fits between the plenum and the block (a support) the pipes on it connect to the pressure tank IIRC
Luka-P
Cheers guys. I'll get the lamps hooked up and have a look. Shouldn't be too bad to get to!
Ian C
Your dipstick also attached to the plenum support, you may find it's a bit wobbly and prone to the whole tube falling out without it The hose with the T-pieces in looks like OEM hose and OEM clamps used with the non-stock T's in order to feed a reference to a couple of extra things. The diameter of the hose is too thick to be the MAP sensor/FPR one. Could live anywhere - where are you missing hoses? -Ian
