Lacoste82
Hallo all, and merry chrismas to the lot of u [/GRIN] As some of u might already know, im dedicating the winter to my supra. its been taken apart, so it will look nice when the sumer comes! However, i have made a rookie mistake! When i bought the car the sprinkler system didnt work, now i have found out, that after it was repainted the hoses for the system was never refitted, only the one running inside the car is still there, but that one is not even connected to the little sprinklermotor. My problem is not to refit the system, thats easy, the problem is, i have no way of finding out which of the 2 exits on the little sprinklermotor is for the front window and which is for the back, as the carengine is partly disasembled and therefore also the battery, and i wont just connect some other 12V powersouce! So, is there someway i can find this information? One of the "exits" points in towards the carengine, and the other points outwards! For those of u who doesnt know, its located infront of the left frontwheel, inside the body ofcourse. Btw, a little side question. I have been asking some questions inhere, and im really glad i became member. But one thing is bothering me! I Danish we have a way, when we submit a qustion in a forum like this, to sorta say "thx rightaway". like know ive asked u all for help, and to be polite i would like to say thanx up front/right away for helping me, even though u havent, but im hoping u will! Is there a saying in English that covers this entention? Im hoping it makes sence! Well, it was just a little extra qustion[GRIN] /vbb/images/smilies/bbcode_grin.gif

Lacoste82
Hehe, sorry guys! think ive mixed abit of Danish and English! Andy is right, its the washer pump im refering to, and the hoses running to the front screen and the back window(Thx again!) are not connected to this, and therefore, i need to know which one goes to what "output/exit" on the washer pump! 'Thanks In Advance'(Thx Rob!) :0)

Lacoste82
Thx alot Andy. That is however, more an overview of the electronics, that has to do with the washer pump, and not the "mechanics", so thequestion is tstill unanswered. But thx alot anyway :0)
legendswraith
If there is only two openings just connect them and try them if its wrong reverse them, or are they a bugger to get to?
Lacoste82
Yea, its a problem, when as u need to remove the left front wheel, and the innor fendors to get to it! And as i wrote, i cant use the pump itself, as there are no power for it, cause engine is partly removed and so is the battery!
Ian C
The pipes that connect to the motor should give you an idea of which side of the pump they connect to, simply by the way they sit when installed. If that fails: Put +12V on pin 2 (blue wire on the plug) of the pump. Ground pin 3 (light green wire on the plug). Whichever hole the water comes out of is the REAR outlet. -Ian
