jamesmark
Who's voice is it? (taking away the special edition Stigs i.e. fat American Stig, African Stig etc) http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=5RHhyzCRW4g
AndrewOW
Ben Collins maybe? I only noticed as the name was in the comments on the video though EDIT: Or even James Blunt, for some reason!

AdzC
Good viseo. I've been reliably informed that the current Stig has done some stunt driving in Quantum Of Solace although I still don't know the name.

Supra Size Me
Ben Collins maybe? I only noticed as the name was in the comments on the video though I agree Taken from the HSE's report into hamsters robbie rocket pants crash ..... Visit by Ben Collins (BC) to PTLE 37. The preliminary arrangements for the event had been made at arm’s length, with the result that, as the date of the Elvington shoot approached, no-one from Top Gear had actually met PTLE’s principals or seen their jet cars. The jet car feature was considered to be sufficiently unusual and hazardous for GW to ask BC, who worked closely with Top Gear as a high performance driver and consultant, to go and see PTLE and Vampire, and to prepare a briefing for RH. It was felt that, with his extensive motor sport experience, he would be able to confirm PTLE’s competence and the quality of their equipment, and be able to see through them if they were not genuine. (This was a significant step because Top Gear had not used BC in this way before.) http://www.hse.gov.uk/foi/releases/richardhammond.pdf The plot thickens ........... That is a very clever thing to go by. My mother went out on a date with Barry Killerby once... he was Mr Blobby for a long period of time. Mr Blobby was also Noel Edmonds at times.... My point: The Stig might not be the same person.

Matt H
That is without a shadow of a doubt Ken Livingstone. No question
Tannhauser
I agree http://www.hse.gov.uk/foi/releases/richardhammond.pdf Thanks for posting that, it was an interesting read. From that document, in case anyone still thinks Top Gear isn't scripted: 55. To help build the tension, the script called for a ‘chicken-out run’ in which RH seems to get scared and pulls the parachute lever prematurely because he feels that Vampire is drifting off-line. This would be captured in the piece to camera after the run and by the in-helmet microphone.

Lbm
He does sound like Damon hill. I've watched it again, and its definitely James Blunt. Alternatively my money's on motorsports' well known mentallist Derren Brown.

Ark
It's no wonder some of the TG guests get lost on the circuit - it's not exactly well marked is it.
