legendswraith
Have a bit of a problem with boost cut on a JZ161 aristo, i know there are some good fonts of knowledge on here about the emanage so wondered if you guys could give me a heads up To understate it i am beginning to get a tad peeved with this now, routed the harnesses into the ecu box nicely and removed the HKS FCD from the loom to allow the emanage to control the boost cut. Problem is i still seem to be getting fuel pulled from under me when i am hitting 1.2bar of boost. In theory with the voltage clamp set at 4.2v there should be no boost cut but under hard accelleration when i am pushing the boost i get cuts coming in all the time. Is there somewhere else this is reading from as i thought the clamp was on the MAP so i'm kinda at the throw chicken bones point unless someone can shed light. I have the pressure sensor harness that connects the emanage and the profec together to share the same map sensor on the way will this cure the problem? legendswraith
Been playing with it this evening and noticed the boost cut setting can be set to a dip switch. Is it something as simple as the fact it needs turning on to function and its not a passive feature?
