Dash Rendar Posted December 13, 2008 Share Posted December 13, 2008 Hi all. I have for sale an Nvidia GeForce 8600GT PCI-Express 512MB (DDR3) card. It has dual output, DVI and VGA, and includes an additional DVI-VGA adapter, and an S-Video (HDTV) cable. It supports SLI (so you can double up the power by adding another card). It also comes with software (obviously). In Tom's VGA chart (using the 2008 Q3 chart), it rates at 4913 on the 3DMark06 score, although that's with the 256MB version. I looked up a couple of comparisons for people at work, and in the same chart, the Nvidia 6600GT rates at 1519, while the ATI HD 2400 Pro rates at 1490. I'm looking for £50, including postage.
