michael
I wouldn't touch valve caps from Future Motorsport.
csa
are they bad quality? ...the add doesn't say what make the valvecaps are, but it's an easy and cheap thing to change if was the case
michael
Apologies, I meant I wouldn't buy the valve caps used on wheels, in other words I wouldn't trust Bijal / Future with anything basic let alone an engine. He was a trader here, his renewal didn't get accepted due to some franky shoddy work and a generally poor attitude, once rejected he then went on to give negative feedback on all other trader renewals, was caught out and banned (I think). The engine may be fine but I wouldn't risk any kind of business with Bijal. A couple of quick examples: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=114146 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=109845 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=99615
csa
ahh that kind of valvecaps! haha thanks for the heads up, will look at those threads
michael
By all means make your own mind up and others may have more positive feedback but be cautious, even if it sells for 99p
csa
I will set my max bid from a cautiones point of view :-)
michel lane
he is still around !!! i thought he would have renamed his company after all the problems that he has caused. I would not touch him with my valve caps aswell.
JamieP
Risky having no reserve in this credit crunch time, i think its cr@p and nobody else should bid so i get it at my first bid.
Milton79
My step dad took his skyline to them for some work and they were well priced and provided a good service....dad was very pleased. I'll be taking my mr2 turbo down to them in the new year. I guess some people have bad experience and some good, i for one have had good experience They are offering a full inspection on that engine prior to payment so you cant say fairer than that. michel lane
i guess everyone has there own experiance with different traders, but from my personal experiance , they are rip of artist, conmen and everything else that falls under the "CONMAN" UMBRELLA. I got ripped of on the tunning side and so did 3 of my friends. I hope they get what they deserve after taking many people on this forum down the garden path. Iam i being cruel here ??? NO WAY ............
Sean1933
What worries me is that they are using Sealey tools (torque wrench in one of the pics)...i would want my "Race Spec" engine build with decent tools just for piece of mind. legendswraith
Personally i wouldn't be worried about make of tools but if they were actually checked against a torque meter before use. Even snap on tools can be way out on the scales on the tools thats why LOPEC god of all engine men invented torqueleader

Luka-P
Sounds good. All that effort and they chuck Clevite Bearings in. Not worth the scrap value!
Branners
I hesitate to bump this thread in case anybody was hoping to get a bargain, but isnt £1,220 quite cheap even if it is of questionable parentage?
Chris Wilson
Why are the pistons and rods in the block BEFORE the crankshaft? Bizarre! Seems to have crept up in price a lot now.
