wkdtime Posted March 20, 2005 Share Posted March 20, 2005 just found a problem with the car which seems major! when i accelerate hard enough to hear for the BOV (blitz) i dont hear it anymore all i hear is a flutter. at close inspection i popeed the hood and then revved the car to hear for the BOV again all i hear was this flutter which seems to be coming out of the large pipe which has a large rubber sleeve over it on the left side of the eninge (turbo side) whichi think goes down near to the intercooler. when i left the car for a bit and played around the pipe, it seemed to be ok again, when i test drove it agian...same thing happened. i did the same above and found again that the BOV was not going off, and that i could hear this flutter instaed when backing off the gas. please anybody shed some light. sholuld i drive the car at all?
