Douse the thing in petrol and spark it. That should do the trick, although you might spend Christmas behind bars.

Christmas blows anyway.

Right ok, blowing the thing up may be a bit extreme, so why not phone a few local friends and block him/her in? That way they will have to come to your door and explain themselves.

I was talking with a woman that had this problem and she told me that if they are obstructing you getting on your property then its an offence, if you are already parked there and they block you in no offence has been committed:search:

She could have been talking total bollox mind.:)

Yeah, I think she's right. I know that stopping you being able to get onto or off your property is an offence but I couldn't remember which way round it was.

petrol.... hmmmm, maybe a little extreme!

I did consider going out there with a hose pipe to water the garden and his car!

I have the same problem. The flat I live in has a private car park which is fenced off with no parking signs and many times I've had idiots blocking the gate. All bar once I've managed to squeeze around them and get in, giving it a generous boot on the gravel. I have wondered what would happen if there was an emergency & I needed to get out. I'd probably get my mate over in his landy to drag the bastards out the way.
