davidd Posted March 20, 2005 Share Posted March 20, 2005 feeling chuffed with myself - ran my fastest ever ever everrrrr half-marathon in Yorkshire Championships in 1 hour 32min 55sec. Over 5 mins better than previous best. Although legs are a bit achey am starting to feel faaaaast in my racing. I'll tell ya sumfink else, I wasn't half shiftin' probably do bugger all for the rest of the day other than try decide how to treat myself. Bobbeh Posted March 20, 2005 Share Posted March 20, 2005 Well done Dave I feel good today also, been helping with the garden (being re-done), cleaned/polished up a couple of my wheel nuts, touched up a few stone chips etc.. feeling accomplished, even more so because I've actually done something with my weekend thats useful!
