jevansio
It wasn't even that bad in the NE this morning, I made it to work in the MR2 no probs, took a little longer but certainly wasn't "day off" territory
Scooter
iam calm now !!!!!!! 6 people employed , only 2 show up .... and 20 phone calls for support . now i cant get out of the car park because my car is stuck !!!! you got to look at the bright side of things ..... it had to happen to me .... bummer Michel, when its all blown over i think you should do something for those 2, they may not deserve anything for coming in but it will sure as hell make them feel appreciated for making the effort, even if its just you pulling them to one side and telling them how much you appreciate them getting in and not using the weather as an excuse. gaz1
if any of my lads don,t come in because of the snow, then they do not get paid, if they get to work and i feel its unsafe to work then they go back home, but they get paid:D to me thats fair

Ark
if any of my lads don,t come in because of the snow, then they do not get paid, if they get to work and i feel its unsafe to work then they go back home, but they get paid:D to me thats fair Hypothetical question: what if they _try_ to get in and fail thanks to the weather? Does that count and they get paid?
Gaz Walker
Hypothetical question: what if they _try_ to get in and fail thanks to the weather? Does that count and they get paid? If they have a police or hospital report that shows how hard they tried, I would pay them. If not then no Gaz.

What if they managed to get further than halfway, and could prove it?
