I'm sure there's a thread of me and one or two others argueing about this.

Basically I was trying to highlight the difference between the technical definition and what people commonly refer to as 'coilovers'.

:)

That'll be this one : http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?p=1883018

I use my EDFC :p

(BTW it doesn't adjust height, which you seem to suggest)

I *knew* Id get pulled up for that lol. I know it doesnt adjust height, I just couldnt think of anything modern and suspension related. Pillow ball top mounts! Thats what I should have said. But then Id have to know what they were.

Id actually kill for EDFC to be honest :D

It's useful, if you understand what impact you will have when fiddling. I actually pulled over less than a mile into a lap at the Ring earlier this year as the car just didn't feel quite right, checked the EDFC and I'd set my F/R settings the wrong way round. 3 seconds later I'm away again, a happy lad. :)
