i have a 93 japan spec n/a supra

what would happen if i upgrade the fuel pump and put on 550 injectors with an aftermarket extractor?

As said it would just run very rich and you would lose power. Adding more fuel doesn't gain power.

Extractor? you must have been trawling american webistes:p I think you mean aftermarket manifold, extractors describes the primaries in a individual tubular style manifold and so you would need more than one 'extractor'. Even if you did stick an aftermarket manifold on it you wouldn't need the injectors as you'd be lucky to see another 10-15hp and if you stuck 550's on it you would probably have trouble even starting it after a while.

If your car runs at all with 40% more fuel going into the engine, you will loose power, and you will promptly kill your engine due to the amount of fuel going past the rings,

if you're going to think about tuning an engine, please do some basic reading, so you at least can ask sensible questions.
