People quite often seem to fit the wrong size profile for 19" rims, which certainly won't help, but neither will wheels with the wrong offset, or lowered suspension. Although when I was on 18s I was running 245s on the front, with loads of rubbing on full lock. Now on my 19s, I'm on 235s- no rubbing. Have you always been on 19s? And what widths? And what profile?
