Babe
I think 3 syllables works best with a 1-syllable surname. What about: Damian Elliot Cameron As a teacher, Ben is very common. I've never heard a mother call her child Benjamin... And kids can be nasty - Ben Jammin' has been heard in the playground! Joel with your surname is never going to work. If you call him Lewis, everyone's gonna ask if you named him after Lewis Hamilton! Re-think?

PJ
Being a git I would go with Lee as a first name, Catch 22 style. Being nice I would go with Andrew or Andy Leigh, you could always call him Bruce or Jet and really give him a chance in life
