little num Posted November 23, 2008 Author Share Posted November 23, 2008 let me guess, black flag for noise? 0.5db over the limit, no second chance nothing bloody nightmare, there was loads took off for noise, no refund nout sent home, im getting a tanabe exhaust in a few weeks but even still i wont go back there purely because of there attitude towards us all, we had a fronter packed full of fuel tyres tools and ect for our support car, they even made us move it off the carpark as they said only cars that are here for track use are allowed to park here, we woudnt of minded but the carpark was empty. Infact you can be under their published noise limit and if the wind is in the wrong direction (I kid you not) they will pull you out. They have to avoid annoying the locals at all costs and sadly once they have your money they have less of a need to avoid annoying you. Great track, just a different level of strictness on noise. Also would depend on what power your normally used to bignum has a single supra so if he drove it he would also think its slow but thats because they are i think they are only 300 ish bhp but did seem to go quite well not sure of the weight, i had a go with a carrera 4 that was even slower, the only thing i struggled with at 1.2bar was the M5 he was the same as me all the way down the stright think they are 500hp but alot heavier 2. little num Posted November 23, 2008 Author Share Posted November 23, 2008 Where's your microphone James? well i bought a cheapie from ebay to get me threw, but its mounted up by the inside cam looking at me, the problem with it is its a CCTV mic so is made to be very sensitive i was going to rap it with some cloth or sponge but didnt get chance, will be sorted for the next 1.
