The car still reads in Km/Kmh and I wanted to convert it, so thought I may as well go for the combined unit with TSD for the extra £30 odd quid. I don't know if the car is already delimited or not, as I've not driven it fast enough to know. Would it cause problems if I hooked up the TSD if there was already one in operation? At worst I'll just hook up the DSC. After all I've not reached the speed limiter speed, yet! Regards Terry. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
stevie_b Posted November 12, 2008 Share Posted November 12, 2008 Hard to say whether the existance of another TSD would cause problems. Have a look behind the dash and around the ECU (in the passenger footwell). If you don't see any small plastic devices spliced into the loom, chances are you don't have a TSD fitted. I'd just fit the Thor one properly (i.e. so the TSD part works as well), and take it from there. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In which case I will do as advised and remove any existing one and wire the new one in. I also have a Fcon-V wired in to the stock ECU. I'm assuming this makes no difference to the install? Cheers.
