Someone said the off the shelf stuff doesn't really do it... didn't want to spend money and not have it work... Yep, definitely. Angie has long hair too, remember and it works fine for us. You can even make a decent plunger with a stiff C/V boot gaiter, a Jubiliee clip and piece of dowel, if you are the Blue Peter type. I'm fairly blue peter but I certainly don't have a CV boot gaiter lying about! Oh. Actually. haha Yes I do. I need it though... I seem to remember manually cleaning it in the past. It involved removing the side panel on the bath, disconnecting the pipe and removing handfuls of stinking mingingness. I think really I am trying to avoid doing that... Domestos drain unblocker I think... seems to have doen the job although it took a lot longer than anticipated. Didn't smell bad either. Result.
