how_supra Posted November 10, 2008 Share Posted November 10, 2008 I've got a Cobra Alarm installed When I activate the alarm, the lights flash twice and the doors look - excellent However, as of today, when I de-activate the arm, the lights flash once = correct, but the doors won't unlock and I have to use the key to get in...... Never did find out what the problem was as it started working again and has never done it since. I guess the damp might have effected it somehow. Odd, lets hope the drying out process is swift, as I can't be standing in the rain faffing about with locks, in this weather, it does nothing for my hair. Jurgen-Jm-Imports Posted November 10, 2008 Share Posted November 10, 2008 sabrina check you have not switched your central locking button inside the car for locking the doors by mistake.. try and play with this button and then try the alarm see what happens.. Konrad Posted November 11, 2008 Share Posted November 11, 2008 Sabrina - it's connector inside the door - either got wet or just slightly rusty. It's white with 3 pins inside. I haven't got the picture now, but it's located more or less in the middle of drivers side door. Disconect it, treat it with connector cleaner and it should start working fine again.
