kevo
Guys....Been reading the Supra profile on the exchange & Mart site....And one of the problems "Thay" listed was the Quote-Blown head gaskets are an early supra`s bugbear and can cost £1500 to replace....... Is this a problem on the mk4`s please........Kevo.
stevie_b
Don't think so. This affected mkIII's. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong...! I searched for common problems before buying: the main one is squeaky boot rubbers!! Much less than £1500 to fix

Terminator
BHG was one of the the most common topic on MKIII forums in the past. I think I have heard of one MKIV having a head gasket problem in the past 5 years but dont know the full details of the cause, Chris Wilson may know of more.
