Pixelfill
I've just checked my bank account transactions and spotted that my Sky Digital subscription has gone up by £15 this month. Now I haven't changed anything about my account, so was wondering what my subscription gets me. So I've just been online to check the "cost" of everything I'm signed up for, and it seems that I'm paying well over the odds. I have The full TV package less Sports = £38 Sky HD = £10 Sky+ on multiroom. = £10 Sky Broadband Max = £10 and Sky Talk = free which as far as my maths tells me is a grand total of £68. So can someone explain why I was paying £85 a month, and I'm now paying over £100 !!! Needless to say I'm on the phone as soon as, to find out WTF is going on. Anyone care to share their subscription costs and package level. Pixelfill
Is it call costs from the Sky talk maybe? Don't know just a guess. I thought that, but I never use the land line except when the calls are free. I'll see what they have to say Mike

bigcol
ive been charged £38 for the past year, i signed up with the recommend a friend scheme, neither of us got the £50 m&s vouchers, when it was installed i had my own sky box (that i brought back from ireland (under wifes name so no problems there) the installers stole it!!!!!! as i wasnt present when they came had to get the neighbours to let them in, the system has never been hooked up to the phoneline so im buggered if i know how that works, every time i phone up i am placed on hold for at least 40 mins then transfared to some god forsaken outpost call center in calcutta, who's grasp and command of the english language is about as good as my local takeaway and the only time i can get through to an "english speaking person" (well its jockanese but i can understand them) is if i want sales, when i explain i get transfared to Niz:d But its still cheaper than virgin
Al Massey
well your all getting ripped off at the mo you dont pay for multiroom anymore and to stop paying the extra charges you need to do a call back back from both boxes once that is achieved call them up and ask for a refund i did and i havnt paid a monthly bill for 3 months and i still have 2 months to go before i owe them anything
