I certainly wouldn't be throwing a large amount of cash at such a small change in appearance. Seems a little vain. As long as your happy though. But there seems to be 2 reasons people have plastic surgery. one because people want to look better because they strive to be perfect, the kind of people who think people in magazines and celebrities are normal. and second the people who change themselves for there own reasons like yourself. He has fixated on his normal sized nose being the reason he can't get a girlfriend, not the plucked eyebrows, and has spent "the price of a single conversion" having it cosmetically altered.
