J-Spec rear caliper pistons

Are these screw in or push in - e.g. - clamp or mole grips to get the pistons back in to replace pads ... thanx guys

 

You should just be able to push them back in, although either way should work if they are lubricated a bit. But i recall when i was refurbing mine and i had to get the pistons out (the opposite of what you are doing) i had to twist them to get them out as pulling then straight out or even pushing them from behind via the hole at the back of the caliper didnt work - mine were seized though.
