Admittedly, that gearbox did bump up the running costs but we ran another one in the mag that notched up £6k of warranty repairs in six months... I ruined one when I was BPU spec. Couldn't catch me in the bends either, but maybe he couldn't drive We were at an airfield so I know we were both absolutely on it. I was faster, and he got the drop on me so I was playing catch up by a second or so, and I would have pulled out a bigger lead had we had more room, but it wasn't what you'd call a whitewash.
