Guest SUP_R_G
When i go for a drive, arrive at destination, switch car off and then restart maybe after 20mins the cars begins to hunt. Give it a tiny blip with the throttle and it goes away:blink: anybody else experience this or how to rectify it?

Dr_Doom
It's probably the build up of heat under the bonnet. Hot air in the induction pipes etc.. That's why once you've blipped the throttle and sucked some cool air through the car idles correctly. I wouldn't worry about it
Chris Wilson
I thought it was a post by Michael, inviting controversy about banning hunting or suchlike when I first saw the subject
paul mac
I thought it was a post by Michael, inviting controversy about banning hunting or suchlike when I first saw the subject in the technical section seriously i had something similar a long while ago which was a dodgy connection to the TPS (throttle plate sensor)

paul mac
my supra knowledge being very minimal (owned it around 10 days), where would i find that? look for the throttle cable linkage going to the throttle and its on the direct opposite side, small black thing with a plug going to it

Dr_Doom
Are you running aftermarket induction or the stock airbox?
