JustGav
What is it with drivers in this country... Little bit of snow falls and all of sudden they all drive like idiots not having a clue how to adapt to the situation. Had 2 nudges already outside the front of the house. Idiots

What country was this? Snow? Its like the Bahamas here in Eastbourne at the moment. Except much colder, and quite cloudy, but definitely no snow! Idiots, yeah! JustGav
have to agree... -> well south!! Hahahahahaha... I actually don't mind snow too much, but it is the people that as soon as the tyres start slipping just floor it expecting it to work. DaveK
I drove in very carefully this morning but I have to say the Supra didn't like it much. Was all over the road, and spinning wheels several times away from junctions despite me pulling out extremely slowly. Not the most practical winter car in the world! Except much colder, and quite cloudy, but definitely no snow! Idiots, yeah! That was in Basingstoke. Surprised you didn't get a bit in Eastbourne. Makes me glad I've got the fiesta to take care of all the nasty winter driving, leaving the supra tucked up in the garage.
Mike
I came past a car on the way in this morning that was 'covered' in snow.... god knows where he came from!? I know what you mean... when it rains hard in Pompey/Fareham the whole place grinds to a halt. I think there is a disproportionate number of retarded people driving around in the south. I'd like to see them cope with a North East winter!?
ivan
Ah, sunny Dorset.

The trains are exactly the same... a little ice and it all goes to hell!

Idiots Perhaps they're big fans of Colin McRae... to quote the great Scot "If in doubt, flat out." I admit down here in Dorset when it snows or just rains people seem to double the amount of throttle they use and halve their breaking distance. Nutters. Still, if anyone writes anything off outside your house there could be something worth salvaging?
KamaSupra
Drifting and handbreak turning in basingstoke in the company motor will be my chore today! As off work recovering from Amsterdam.....
