Proper job, not sure about water based, having gone to that trouble I'd have been tempted to go old school! Nice to see a decent paint prep, that's a credit to you :)

 

i guess you mean solvent based,water is far better,going back to solvent is hard work after being on water for so long

ths is just my experience of waterbased

 

once you have been trained to use waterbased its very easy to work with,but its drying time is a bit slower than solvent

 

better for coverage,less likely to react on poor prepwork,most have a fair amount of latex in them so stay flexible.

 

 

by cloud do you mean like when reds have bleached in the sun and go white powder looking?

 

if so then the clear coats these days have very good uv protection,its these uv's that cause the bleaching

My god that looks gorgeous and the finish is superb

 

Hurry though dude mine will be on your door step in 7 weeks:d

 

just gona flat n polish it tomorrow to finish it off proper nice

 

 

thats why ive had to get my arse in gear.
