toyotasuprauk
Just tyre's I'm looking for at the moment. I've currently running 265 on the rears not sure if 285 will be too wide? Will you be ok with courier or are these delivery only?
QSC
I can courier them to you for extra, sure, I have an account. 285s were certainly no problem on my car, I have heard of people fitting 295s if the arches were rolled though.

toyotasuprauk
Sorry for the delay, only holding off due to not being sure if 285's will be ok on my rim. Out of interest, would you sell just the rears. Also any idea on postage cost? Thanks.
jamesmark
Anyone that wants to know if their rims can support 285's check here. In a nutshell 9.5 is the minimum for 285's. http://www.carbibles.com/tire_bible.html Calculator is on page 2.

mr lover
O' RLY? Will they not catch slightly? I am running the same width tyres and and wheels on mine, but on 19's, mine do not rub, the offset of my wheels are +35 front and +38 rear Depends on the offset I suppose. Terminator
Off set makes all the difference. I have 295 on the rear, on 18X10.5 rims and they are fine, no arch work.
QSC
O' RLY? Will they not catch slightly? Tyres have been on 8.5 & 9.5 rims, no problems with them fitting.
QSC
What rims do you have that go with them? These are the rims, they are Ruff 8.5 & 9.5 offset +20 Obviously my arches were widened to fit the bigger offset rims.

Rob Sheffield had 315s on the rear on his CCWs, because the offset was made to fit more tyre to the inside of the car.

QSC
PS are they GSD3's or the new asermetric ones? 38 offset should be fine I would think - when you say GSD3s, would that be on the sidewall ?
DamanC
Yup, its the model number Any chance og some pics to look at the wear. Some people say ther F1's last 5k miles, and some say more like 20k. 2k miles could mean 2/5 wear
