Fortunately i was only born in barnsley, i actualy grew up in the triangle of Rotherham, barnsley and sheffield so never developed an accent. My parents dont have one. I went to school in sheffield which is quite a mild accent by comparison. From there i went to university in Hull but actualy lived in scarbourough. Then i moved to Northampton which doesnt have an accent thats particulary noticeable.
