ivan
That's going to be a very hard request to enforce Michael. This being an open forum for all members and all. Why don't you just put him on your famous list?
Animal
football, unlike religion, is definitely a force for good. Yeah, when was the last time anyone fought over a football match?
michael
That's going to be a very hard request to enforce Michael. This being an open forum for all members and all. Why don't you just put him on your famous list? It's a polite request, he's already on ignore but people quote him and just seeing his name appear tends to be enough to wind me up for some reason I can't explain. Not something that needs to be enforced and obviously it's just a request not an order, at the end of the day if he wants to post then so be it, I'd just rather he didn't. If I don't tell him this then he wouldn't know my feelings on the matter.

Carl_S
I'm sorry for Michael's and anyone else's "winding up" on seeing my name, photo, or posts appear. I'm sorry I cannot help in the way he suggests, but if there is anything else I can do, if I can, I will.

Kranz, I am so sorry I cannot give you the £1000 you request of me, but please do let me know if there is anything else that I can to do for you. Gav there is no need for me to pass a bag of the good stuff since I am certain that you have plenty in your own possession. God, I worship you with all my heart, all my body, and all my soul. Just tell me how I can please you more.
Carl_S
Point taken Animal, yet football is a wonderful international language, involves strong elements of faith (in one's team), unites families, promotes teamwork, upholds high levels of sportsmanship, and can help you get fitter if you play it. Max Headroom
Before God popped his head up about 2000 years or so ago, what did pre-historic man believe in? were they wrong in worshipping the sun? Old God here hasn't been here that long has he?
Konrad
Before God popped his head up about 2000 years or so ago, what did pre-historic man believe in? were they wrong in worshipping the sun? Old God here hasn't been here that long has he? It's still same old God, it was just his description by people, which was changing over the years. Good thing is that someone got idea of monotheizm so we do not have to worship 100's of them, one is causing enough problems
imi
Before God popped his head up think you need to revisit what GOD actually is. about 2000 years or so ago, how did you work out the 2000 years? were they wrong in worshipping the sun? yes. Old God here hasn't been here that long has he? there is only one GOD, no old / new, blah blah

Carl_S
But I wish to be in your company O Lord, To shelter in the might of your arms, To have you lift me up when I am feeling down To look to you for guidance, help and direction O lord you are my light, my love and my purpose It is you that I seek, and you that I need I am nothing without you O God. Let me be closer to you God To bathe intimately in your light of holiness You make me what I am today And your grace gives me hope.

Carl_S
You are huge LBM. Massive. I almost didn't recognise you. But that was mutual. Our conversation started something like: "Hey Rob" "Hello" "You don't recognise me do you?" "No" "It's Carl!" It was dark..and with your new moustache I wasn't sure. Er - exactly what kind of gig was that again? Yep, just re-read what I'd written- it looks bad. *thread has degenerated into gay* My fault entirely.
