mwilkinson Posted October 20, 2008 Share Posted October 20, 2008 I bought a Greddy FMIC Spec M to avoid having to get rid of the stock airbox as people have said that they should fit. However, no matter how much I try I can't get the piping to fit. Can anyone who has had success shed some light on how they did so? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Unlike the 3 row there are only 2 pipes from the core to the engine. I have played with the pipe coming through the wing having disconnected it from the core but still no joy. I read a thread where someone used a heat gun to soften the offending bulge in the airbox which created just enough room to get it to fit. Obviously though I would rather not melt bits of the car!! I will have a go at getting some pictures tomorrow but if people have managed to do it then any hints or tips would still be welcome. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
