tooquicktostop
My car has been testing mine and Matt at AFR's patience for some weeks now after I got a problem coming back from ACE cafe a few months ago, it went in to investigate and to cut a long story short it needed a new tial wastegate as my HKS one was sticking, new boostlogic manifold as my HKS one was cracked AGAIN, new v band clamps, new fabrication for the HKS TypeR intercooler I had fitted, New Veilside Ti Exhaust and decat pipe, water injection fitted, mapping, engine bay wiring cleaned up etc Matt spent some time setting up the cam timing for the 272's to get the best in terms of power and reduction of lag I cant believe how well it goes, we are upto 1.25 bar on the mapping, could go no further as it was breaking traction on the dyno Done a bit of road mapping this afternoon and all I can say is wow, pulling so so well and excellent spool, just feels so fast, the car was making high 500's with traction issues on the dyno so the numbers should be good when I get it to a hub dyno in a few weeks BIG thanks to Matt and AFR for getting the car ready for the POD I know it was a real pain this car but it is almost there, just need to sell a kidney to pay for the work Matt and AFR really have done a great job and really seem to care about getting the car right, I cant tell you how important it is for me to have a rolling road, tuner, garage and tech knowledge all in one place, every time the dyno throws up an issue it's so valuable to have all the skills and tools at hand to get the issues fixed and back to the dyno Now lets see hoe she goes at the POD
