Muffleman
Hi all, Being a bit of a petrolhead, I've had more than a few cars. It's a bit of a long standing joke with friends\family about how often I buy cars, and how they end up with LOUD exhausts on etc etc. Sound familiar to anyone here ? Anyway, to be honest, I'm more than happy to spend (far too much) money on my cars, but I don't actually enjoy losing loads of money come sale time, and I would like to stick with one (or three ) cars, but I've never found a car that ticks enough of my boxes. But could the Supra be it ? Mr Keef and others (inc. me) are more than happy with the Supra at the mo (see here http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=34410), but will it last ?!? Has the Supra cured anyone else of this automotive illness ? Is there anyone on here that has now had their Supra for a few years, but used to change a lot before the Supe ? Cheers Matt (possibly having long term commitment issues )
Todd
I suffer from the safe problem, Car Tart was a loving name given to me by my better half In the past 3 years alone been through around 10 cars, all sports of some description but since getting the Supra I have still to get that "feeling" of needing to change. Yes I do get that feeling of "should have got a TT" but reckon I'l be staying with the Supra for a long time to come

Green Peace
Yes....Cars are a bit like one night stands often...I had the same problem used to buy a new car every year... I have owned my latest Supra for almost four years, the last Supra was about the same amount of time...but before i would often spend as much as £30k on a car that would last me as little as 6...months before I got bored! Supra = Marriage.

geoffvalenti
Mine does it for me at the moment, but FFS I haven't married it For us petrolheads, there are too many desirable cars in the world to stay faithful to one all the time. Its a lot like women really, but your car doesn't cut your balls off, and then sue the arse off you, when you change it for a younger model

Getrag
I simply cant think of any other car in this price range that would give as much pleasure as a Supra. Infact, there ISNT. Ssshhhh, dont tell people Given the money, id probably develop a showcar quality 350Z/NSX as they have that unique look....and they are JDM
