Steve
Emanage Blue is not a Stand Alone ECU, its a piggy back unit. Get some pics of the engine bay if you can and a dyno graph.
Nic
Gready e-manage blue stand alone engine management The GReddy emanage is piggyback ECU not standalone, it's not ideal for controlling 800cc injectors. What make is the T60 turbo?

Marty
I'd defo pass on this one matey, xs power stuff along with a 5 speed gearbox means run like fook!! Chance's are it will be an xspower manifold and wastegate too, and unless he has proof of the internals being uprated i'd take that with a rather large pinch of salt
Supradan
LOL the list has grown
GeordieSteve
Unless he has REAL proof of the internals sack it off. XS WGs are terrible. I used one for all of 30 minutes
grafter
yeah soz he sent 2 emails, half in each. Ive asked him again for pics of engine bay and if he can provide proof of all the above and dyno and 1/4mile printouts, aswell as who did the work and when. Would i be wrong in saying i should be happy if he can provide written proof/receipts and printouts? Afterall, standard 3L TT manuals aint much cheaper
Pig
As said already, i would suggest moving to the next car. The only good bits are the internals and there is no way of checking these are actually in the engine. Buy cheap buy twice, believe me. It would not suprise me if 6 months to a year down the line you were to have a 6 speed conversion, complete new turbo setup, new management and poss a rebuild due to the part said not having been done or potentially fitted badly. Good luck hunting for a decent car
Tom
tbh I would be walking away, especially if this is big money which could buy you a forum owned or high spec imported one
Homer
If that's more than 400bhp I'd be surprised. The T60 XS power turbo is tiny and junk. From the spec it looks like a cheap and nasty conversion and will cost a lot of money to put right. From what else has been said it seems like it's an aero NA that's been had a single kit fitted (whether it's NA-T or a proper TT block doesn't seem to be confirmed). If it's NA-T then that's more reason to knock money off. Also the claims of the rods, and other stuff would need receipts, it smells of bullshit to me. Why spend all that cash on parts like that then go budget on the really important stuff like the ECU and turbo. I'd walk away unless it is very, very cheap. No way would I pay more than £4.5k for it. Jamesy W
I think with the way the market is just now, you would be foolish just to jump right into a car that has so many questions unanswered. There is so many mint cars for sale just now, why risk the ball-ache of buying a banger?
Matt Harwood
ok basics are in...... The 5 speed boxes are not stronger... The Greddy Emanage blue is a piggy back ECU... That setup will not produce 650bhp, (Except for possibly a single dyno run at 55 bar or boost!) Aside from all that, I struggle to believe that someone paying big money for HKS pistons, Carrillo rods etc, would then spend as little as possible buying XS power stuff.... Hand made manifold?!?!? Walk away!
Axle
I suspect your dreams will be in tatters if you buy what 'appears' to be a bargain, only to realise its been bodged together. Meaning you will end up paying out thousands more, on what is no longer a bargain. You have a gut feeling something isnt right, so follow it.
