You got a new filter to what?

Did you not ask before you bought it? Has it been lying in your shed/garage?

I thought Nizam was poor at explaining things.

He is not native english speaking person. As for explanation - this is exactly what he is asking: WHAT TYPE OF CAR IS THIS FILTER FOR? Is thinking and deduction overrated in Scotland?

Not being a native English speaker doesn't explain the fact that he somehow managed to buy an unknown filter and has to ask what it fits!

I guess stupidity has no international boundaries. ;)

Anyway who cares? If he or anyone else cannot make an effort to speak proper English I will not make an effort to tolerate it.

Looks like this one.

http://www.alibaba.com/product-free/11352681/Cabin_Air_Filter.html

A cabin filter, rather than intake. Doesn't link to a particular car though.

Thats the limit to my detective skills tonight.

Yeap looks like this.

PS For everybody question is about filter not where that come from, that quite simple so jamesmark take it easy

Aww "they" do not have to, "they" just hate random tw@%s with useless opinions when "they" need simple answer to simple question. Seems that Ewen had no problem with understanding his question.

This is bugging me now. Is there a code / number on the packaging Bender ?

AFAIK there is none :(

Right now, I'm busy trying to tie shoelaces, so cant spend too much time on this but last night got as far as finding a PDF list of all the panel filters made by the company I found earlier.

Its downloadable by clicking Products at the top of this page, then Filters.

http://www.alibaba.com/member_site.html?url=http%3A%2F%2Fflowmaxkr.com&inquireurl=http%3A%2F%2Fus.my.alibaba.com%2Fmcweb%2Fcontact.htm%3Faction%3Dmcweb%3Acontact_action%26domain%3D2%26id%3D10225304&enmemberid=8pctgRBMALMSX6kRCAg4kA%3D%3D&companyid=10225304&baseurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.alibaba.com

They make filters for Hyundai, Kia and Daewoo so my guess its for one of them. The list just has part numbers and the application...no pictures.

I also found pictures of the same filter but made by other companies, so I'm confident that The Truth is Out There, somewhere.
