hi

i recently bought a hks pro race 2 bov, i installed it and capped off my stock bov.. now 2 the issue. when i let off the throttle it still dumps air out of the air filter, and sometimes it makes a fluttering noise..(sounds like CH.CH.CH.ch.ch.ch) but when the hks bov opens the fluttering noise stops and what i understand its bad for the turbos if its sounding that way??

sorry 4 my english

greetings boosting swede

No I wouldn't worry too much. All the fluttering noise is, is compressor stall or 'comp stall'.

When the pressure generated and can't go anywhere else, the pressure goes back through the turbo's but in the wrong direction...

Every TT and Single Turbo Supra does this, Ideally, it's not good for the Turbo's but everyone is in the same boat...:)

Hope this helps...:)

There is nothing to worry about at all, its not detrimental to the life, spool etc of the turbos in the slightest. Ive run without a recirc now for a year or so sometimes trashing the shit out of the car at full boost and no problems at all. Its market hype that has created this aura of fear about a little bit of choped up air ;) + from what I remember the hks BOV has a fairly fluttery noise on low boost anyway
