44mm V-Band to 4-bolt flange adaptor needed

If you cant get one just chop the BL flange off and weld the V-Band flange supplied with the Tial;)

That would mean removing the turbo and manifold, a cost im sure Dean would like to avoid if possible.

what size is the 4 bolt to v-band adaptor you need Matt?

What you could do is cut the 4 bolt bit off the old wastegate and weld the v-band that comes with the tial kit on that?

That's effectively what we did with Deans old HKS wastegate to mount it on the BL manifold ;)

Was going to get Kyle's used wastegate, but that wont come with a weld on v-band as he had a Full Race manifold with 44mm v-band. Might get Kyle to send a new one instead then.

The 4-bolt flange is 75mm square with the hole centres at 60mm apart in each corner.

Chin up Dean... Just think of how much fun it'll be to drive it (and me) when it's sorted.

Unless you spin a sheel at the pod.. :hide:

It better not spin a shell !

It only went in for an electrical fault and so far I have had a new manifold, new wastegate and god knows how many goes on the dyno and each time the car develops a fault, I am sick of it, AFR have been very patient it has to be said but even Matt sounded a bit fed up of it today

It's just that I feel your pain mate, it's no fun. The annoying thing is that we were mapping at 1.4bar and all finally seemed okay when the boost really started messing around :(

If you didn't have bad luck mate you wouldn't have any :(

Really don't think Dean will disagree with you mate :(

I've not ordered from Kyle now, Kyle's delivery is exceptional from the states but I need this urgently. Have emailed Ryland.

We will make an adaptor that's no real problem, like we did with the HKS - just would have been quicker if a company over here sold one.

Right drama over for another day, I am going to open a beer :D

Phew... sorry for the bad spelling too....

I really hope this is the last hurdle for you mate.
