It LOOKS OK, but looks can still hide a multitude of sins, like is the compressor attached to the turbine wheel ? :-)

Did you manually spin the turbo? Grab the nut and twist (as I tell women all the time) and check for inertia, lateral play, and smoothness.

 

It's hard to get across how much inertia a j-spec turbo should have, especially in text, but if you give it a spin and the blades continue to rotate for more than a turn, you may have no impeller blades...

 

And thanks for confusing me by supplying a picture rotated 90degress clockwise :)
